The hotel is very close to victoria station, a definite plus. the room included lovely elemis products. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, a shower cap, and even a shaving kit. i found the beds and pillows to be quite comfortable, a welcome relief after a long day.
the room was generally fine, but i found the floor to be not as clean as i would expect. it was a minor issue, but noticeable. it would improve the overall experience if this was addressed.

The room had functioning air conditioning. I also had many towels. the hairdryer and iron were a convenient addition. the room size was adequate for a solo traveler, allowing easy movement around the furniture.

The lounge provided a quiet area for relaxation. I could easily unwind. the hotel includes conference facilities. parking was available directly in the building, providing ease of access and security for vehicles.

the reception staff seemed friendly, but sometimes a bit slow during check-in. the hotel has whatsapp contact, so you can ask questions quickly. they also gave me the option to leave my luggage free of charge.

i liked how clean the room was. the toiletries was nice. the shower had strong water pressure. the bed was comfy too.
the room had connecting door. walls were thin. people talked loudly at night. this made difficult to sleep.

the location was very convenient for transportation. the room had air conditioning, a fridge, and a safe. breakfast offered ample choices. i found these amenities helpful .
the shower box design allowed water to escape. the bathroom floor was often drenched. the stair access to the rooms was like a fire exit. it was not well lit and looked dirty.
